We accept Visa and Mastercard cards through our payment provider HyperPay, instalment payments through Tabby and Tamara, and cash on delivery. All transactions are processed in a secure, encrypted environment.

b. Order Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. We may cancel orders due to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Oman.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges
